Andy Shane has joined American Senior Communities as Chief Operating Officer. As COO of Indiana’s largest senior care provider, Andy will develop and oversee the strategic direction for ASC’s day-to-day operations across nearly 100 communities.
Prior to ASC, he served in a variety of healthcare leadership roles, most recently as Division President at Sava Senior Care. He specializes in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process and has a strong commitment to quality customer service, which aligns with ASC’s core values Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence (CARE).
Andy earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Having resided in Indiana before, he is excited to move back to the Hoosier state from Texas with his family.
