Our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program has been established to provide opportunities to both internal team members as well as new team members that are seeking a career as a licensed nursing home administrator. During our one-year program, future leaders will receive the training and education required to complete the course while receiving hands on experience.

We take pride in helping individuals achieve goals that will help them advance their career. Our free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classes offer the opportunity to start a career in the rewarding field of nursing in just four weeks. ASC Nurse Aide classes are approved by the Indiana State Department of Health.

We take pride in upholding our core values, Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence (CARE). We also are honored to be surrounded by caring and talented individuals that care for our residents.

At American Senior Communities, it’s our Caring People That Make the Difference. That’s why we created the Quest for Excellence Employee Recognition Program, to honor exceptional ASC employees at each community for the service they provide our residents every day.

At American Senior Communities, Caring People Make the Difference and that goes beyond our front doors.  We encourage our employees to get involved in their local communities and proudly support local organizations through volunteerism, sponsorship and financial contribution. In addition to supporting traditional not-for-profit organizations, our teams aid local youth groups, faith-based groups and more.

As the largest memory care provider in the state of Indiana, ASC is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association. Our teams host and participate in many events and fundraisers such as The Longest Day and The Walk to End Alzheimer’s to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of our residents, their families and the nearly 5.7 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s.

What Our Team Has to Say

“Rosebud Village is my home away from home, my little slice of heaven that I have been blessed with to care for my community. We become extended family and we are there for the residents as well as their family. There is no better place to be.”

Janelle Altin

“I was able to get a variety of experiences while in nursing school. The staff at Rosebud Village were very supportive of my journey and that is why I chose to stay with at Rosebud Village when I graduated,” said Julia. “Working in Rehabilitation is the most rewarding for me because I get to be part of a team that helps patients recover and return to their highest quality of life. I chose Rosebud Village because I CARE!”
