ASC Communities Earn Deficiency-Free Rating for 2023

ASC Communities Awarded Deficiency-Free Ratings in 2023

Several communities managed by American Senior Communities have been awarded a deficiency-free rating by the Indiana State Department of Health in 2023. A deficiency-free score is the highest rating a senior community can receive from annual surveys conducted by the state. Only a small percentage of communities receive this rating in a given survey year.

Assessing metrics like cleanliness of the community, staffing ratios, and standards and quality of care, a deficiency-free rating means that a community is 100% in compliance with state and federal regulations.

“Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence, which we call our CARE values, are why American Senior Communities is one of the most trusted companies in senior living,” said Donna Kelsey, CEO of ASC. “Accolades like these affirm that we are truly committed to these values and to serving our residents with the highest level of care and compassion.”

Communities include:
Coventry Meadows Assisted Living
Rosegate
