Direct Service Workforce Grant

Direct Service Workforce Grant

Four American Senior Communities are the proud recipients of the Direct Service Worker grant from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA.) American Senior Communities plans to use the grant funds by paying for advanced training and certification programs aimed at employee career growth. We also plan to use the funds to provide additional paid time off benefits that offer a cash out option for time off not used. Lastly, we plan to use the funds to provide additional financial rewards to employees to help provide for themselves and their families. Our goal is to not only help advance the careers of our workers but to also thank them for their dedication and service to the residents and families they serve.

The communities to receive this grant include:
Aster Place
Rosewalk at Lutherwoods
Heritage Park Assisted Living
Bethany Village Assisted Living
