Share to Care does not request or collect information with respect to the age, gender, or ethnic background of applicants and does not discriminate with respect to an employee’s age, ethnic background, gender, religion, or sexual preference in the awarding of financial assistance.
Share to Care awards grants on a regular basis to eligible employees who have requested financial assistance from Share to Care. Such awards are made at such times as the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care see fit and at the sole discretion of the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care. The amounts of such awards are subject to available funding and likewise at the sole discretion of the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care.
The Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care do not imply, guarantee or otherwise warrant that Share to Care will be able to assist every eligible employee who requests financial assistance from Share to Care. Likewise, the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care reserve the right to reject requests for assistance that are not submitted in accordance with the guidelines of Share to Care or that, in the judgment of the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care, is in any way fraudulent or misleading. Further, the Independent Selection Committee and/or Board of Managers of Share to Care reserve the right to withdraw any offer made by Share to Care to provide financial assistance to any otherwise eligible employee at any time and for any reason.
Likewise, if you are an applicant for assistance from Share to Care, you acknowledge that by submitting an application for assistance from Share to Care, you irrevocably grant your consent to any duly authorized representative of Share to Care to take, without limitation, any and all reasonable steps that Share to Care deems necessary in order to perform appropriate due diligence on your application for assistance. You also affirm that the information in your application for assistance is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You understand and agree if the information you provide is determined to be false, the result will be denial of financial assistance, and you will be responsible for and expected to reimburse Share to Care any financial assistance provided.
The fact that an applicant for financial assistance from Share to Care has made a donation to Share to Care does not entitle the applicant to any kind of special consideration in the grant making process and does not guarantee that the applicant will receive any kind of financial assistance from Share to Care.
