American Senior Communities has won a national Customer Approved Award from the healthcare-intelligence firm, NRC Health. ASC has earned the 2020 Customer Approved Award which recognizes senior-care providers across the country for creating an outstanding care experience for their customers. Only twenty Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing organizations nationwide earned this distinction.
To qualify ASC for this award, a high percentage of ASC’s customers responded positively to a 2019 Resident and Family Experience Survey, conducted by NRC Health, with their willingness to recommend ASC communities to friends and family, indicating both customer satisfaction and enduring loyalty.
ASC’s CEO, Donna Kelsey stated “Feedback from our customers is so important to us. It allows us to prescriptively shape our plans to ensure we are living out our mission of compassionately serving our customers with quality care and excellence.”
