Turn Your Caring Spirit Into a Healthcare Career

If you have a passion for serving others and are interested in a career in healthcare, Certified Nurse-Aide Training may be the perfect choice for you. Get paid while you train to become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with American Senior Communities (ASC).

Our Nurse Aide Training Program is a paid job opportunity that requires no previous experience. This is a great entry level opportunity for anyone who has thought about a career in healthcare because it allows you to gain marketable job skills while you work and learn in a senior healthcare setting.

As part of this program ASC provides virtual and in-person training, clinical experience, uniforms, textbooks, and study guides. ASC will pay you as you complete 30 hours of classroom education and 75 hours of on-the-floor clinical experience to become a CNA.

The first step to enrolling is to apply for a Nurse Aide In-Training position. These program classes last approximately 30 days, from start to finish and new enrollment starts twice each month. Upon completion of the program, trainees will have multiple attempts to complete State certification testing and become a Certified Nurse Aide.

At ASC, our students help provide person-centered care to our residents while earning their certification. After completion of the program, not only will you have marketable job skills as a CNA, but you will also have additional pathways and opportunities to advance your career in nursing.

If you have a passion for serving others and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents, apply today at ASCCare.com/Careers.
