Our Assisted Living residents experience independence in their private, safe, and personalized apartments. Outside their door, they are met with friendly neighbors as well as many fun activities and events.

Memory Care neighborhoods provide a safe, residential setting for individuals experiencing the early and middle stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Guided by a person-centered philosophy, each neighborhood customizes care and programming based on the resident’s individual strengths and needs to help maximize independence and quality of life.
Programming includes physical, cognitive, creative, sensory, social, and spiritual activities designed to encourage engagement, self-expression, and meaningful connections.
The program is led by a degreed Memory Care Director, and all staff receive specialized dementia-related training. Our team provides personalized support tailored to each resident’s needs while also offering education, resources, and support to families throughout the dementia journey.

A Transition Specialist with over 25 years of design experience will start at your home with a free, in-home consultation. They will then provide guidance on what furnishings and belongings make sense for your new space, along with coordinating with movers all the way to move-in day.
